позволяет выбрать конкретное разрешение текстур, по файлу привязки расчитает новые координаты для обрезанного и масштабированного нового снимка, расчитает сколько обрезать от снимка с каждой стороны, какие направляющие нужно выставить для обрезки, расчитает новый размер снимка для масштабирования в Photoshop, расчитает xDim и yDim для составления inf-файла, обеспечивая 100% цветопередачу каждого пикселя подготовленного снимка.

The calculator on basis Exel for translation of a file of coordinates from a decimal kind in degrees-min-sec and back. Processes a file of one coordinate (either breadth, or a longitude). I.e. all over again the file of breadthes, after calculations in the same cells - a file of longitudes is entered, for example. Input and copying of the data can be executed from the Notebook through the buffer.
Thus the quantity(amount) of coordinates is limited only to opportunity Exel.
Two tables are included in the calculator - for direct and return translation of coordinates.

При запуске SBuilderX версии 3.13 у всех вылетает ошибка "cannot load/process file FSX_airport_objects.txt , FSX_animals.txt". Причина в синтаксических ошибках в этих двух файлах.
Поместите их с заменой в паку программыLibObjects.
