Because of the low FPS, there is absolutely no sensation of flight. Try to capture video, slow Sim twice, and in FRAPS to set the capture at 15 FPS. Note that the capture rate FRAPS, must always be lower than may issue without "lag" simulator. The Premiere (as far as I remember, you have it) can increase the rate to 30 FPS, and get a fast, high quality video. The sound from the simulator can be recorded separately, at normal speed.
