Сплэши лежат в папке по адресу: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 - A Century of Flight --> Uires. Только ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО предварительно сохраните где-нибудь Вашу дефолтную сплэшку (dlgsplash.bmp)! На всякий случай, вдруг придется вернуть всё обратно.

все гораздо проще... несколько виртуальных машин и в каждой установлен сим(2004) и отдельный самолет(ну и по выбору несколько сценариев, куда Вы летаете именно на этом типе) ...вот по этой причине( повторюсь: для каждого самолета свой сим и отдельный комп, виртуальный) нет никаких разногласий по "всему" и не будут возникать подобные вопросы
