Only AFCAD file for scenary 27190-UTTT-V2-07022010-LC.ZIP is usefull who wants to fly offline with default ATC and fully functional AI traffic. ATC will stop radar vectors if you select transition and you will get priority clearance to land. You need Jeppesen Charts for UTTT and of course the scenary 27190-UTTT-V2-07022010-LC.ZIP.
