Чтобы поставить все точки над "и" - вернёмся за один год до этой катастрофы.При вводе в эксплуатацию системы ТИКАС ИКАО приняло однозначное решение - считать команды ТИКАС приоритетными по отношению к командам диспетчеров,но как всегда,русский,неповоротливый ФАС вовремя не сумел сориентироваться - и русские экипажи,согласно документам ФАС,не считали выполнение команд ТИКАСА первоочерёдными - в отличии от экипажа грузового боинга.Школа юных лётчиков закончена - учите документы!

Там виноват не только дисп, но и его руководство. С экипажем проблема больше в менталитете, чем в ошибке. На тот момент TCAS только стали устанавливать на ВС и пилоты не очень верили этим приборам. Хоть если б и поверили - столько жизней спасли.

Отомстил за что? Вины именно этого диспа НЕ было. Нет 1 виноватого. Он просто пешка. Он 1 остался на 2 зонах, если не ошибаюсь. И ни один борт нельзя оставить без внимания. Легко тут сидеть и рассуждать, а для диспетчера это самый страшный кошмар.
Мстить надо не тому, кто не развел, а тому, кто допустил то, что произошло в диспетчерской вышке, кто допустил отключение оборудования. Наказали того, кто стал невинной жертвой случая, а реальный виновник - жив-здоров.
