On suborbital altitudes gs reaches 4 800 mph (did not try more:)), in an atmosphere with reduced in the dense layers as - up to 2 000 mph. And so, from Ulyanovsk to Moscow to get for 2 minutes, until Vladik 15 minutes.

Well, in my opinion the answer here is clear-in order to use this product several times and at the savings to build a new missile, rather than to each flight, build a new missile. Very logical, is not it true.
