I am your first screen very much. What are the lights use? But in the second screenshot the lights are too white, in my opinion. By the way on the first screenshot lights are very similar to real.Podelites reference.

These values are set in section [DISPLAY] in FS9.cfg I just changed a few numbers and get a great result.

Сколько летал в ночное время суток, не встречал огни белого цвета. Разве такое бывает? Постоянно вижу желто-оранжевый свет. Для меня эти огни выглядят неестественно. Вот к примеру у нас в Томске http://piccy.info/view3/3682758/1237a5ac8aea998e50f6e0f710ca1603/
