For the idea, design and implementation - 5. However, the instructions for making too is large enough in my opinion. Manipulation with tape and scales at the beginning and end are hard to understood. Particularly liked the "plastic" and "... a knife should cling to the power line cut, as it should be turned at an angle to it, is less than half of the cutting wedge knife ...". I think it could be shorter. But all in all well!
