1. Cut off the files: USEnglishASOS.gvp, USEnglishSmall.gvp, or USEnglishBig.gvp, which is in the folder "Sound" (FS9 simulator), or "SoundATC" (FSX simulator), changing it's broaderings gvp to gv#
For example, USEnglishSmall.gv#
2. Put the file: USEnglishSmall.gvp, from the archive, to the folder "Sound" (FS9 simulator), or "SoundATC" (FSX simulator)

Why once - "laid"? See for yourself: in the archive, which lies on the above link, there is a name. I only have it yet and here, to be fair. And the file itself I found quite a different resource, and here he was trying to find before you lay out, but apparently bad looking.
