Optimized scene UUWW Phoenix

An attempt to disperse the scene of the Phoenix UUWW to acceptable fps-s (subject to full traffic in the port). Just perefotoshopleny some texture. All patterns are translated into DXT1 c colorkey-eat for the most quick-loading. Afkad Also changed in order to defuse the central Peron Boards and disperse throughout the port - all with the same purpose. Fortunately the author has given the green in experiments.
