fs9 controls switcher

Utility makes it easier for user to switch between two different control configurations (keyboard and joystick(s) assignments). It might be useful for people, who use a few aircrafts with different configurations or/and special control devices (like PT Tu1-54). People, who use one computer for two users/pilots (separately) may find this utility useful too.
