Honestly do not understand why one place .. assessment made of material other than manual for starting dispatchers. But comment to a file ... I Do not .. people may simply not matter.

I do not know what grade to place. Manager - 5, the author - 1. Himself every day includes radio frequency U-Ka manager (it's not working in the aviation industry) and was pleased to listen to the talks. Very instructive.
