When visual approach is the only tool for profile control of the decline - eye. All other tools - for monitoring and PAPI also not a criterion. However, the sunset should be monitored comprehensively and ilsu and PAPI (VASI). IMHO, the author deliberately dropped below the glide path at high speed with a late harvest regime at low gas. What or violations due to the quality of video I could not discern. This position is not quite correct, because of the exposure and the irrational use of the length of the band.
