And where does it say that Levashovo joined the WTA? The phrase "the 87th Air Base transport aircraft" does not mean a "military-transport aircraft." AN-26, by the way, VTA was never, at least in recent years, the Soviet Union precisely, they were mostly in OTAPah, OSAPah, OTAE, associations and connections OSAE Air Force, air defense, naval, etc., and in VTA were An-12, IL-76, AN-22 Antonov An-124.
