Since the following story happened in three very small lakes and towns in the outback of
the State of Utah no news about it were on the News channels nor on important Newspapers.

Subject: Strange Phenomena in three Lakes!!!

Urgent to Pilots:... You are to fly Dr. Sheila Fuaz Dragon, Director of Water Investigations to______
Following Flight Plan: UBI-99-DUBI which will take you to the following locations.KP39, KP99, KPC9 and
finally to U-34 where she will board a Helicopter waiting for her///.

On the nearby lakes to these towns you will take pictures, high up and down low, of the "Phenomena" taking place
in these waters. The siuation is very delicate as you will see. Strange moving objects are on the surface
of the lakes and water is in agitation around them. On two of the lakes the residents are all near the shore
and in one they have even set up tents and barbeque stands are all over, just like a big circus--This to say
the least could be considered very dangerous for no one knows what is really going on...

After Dr. Fuaz has taken samples and photographs as well as talked to the locals you are to fly directly
