Click on "View Archive", where you can see the readme, made a model for the 9-ki, this adaptation of a dozen, and, apparently, "in haste". To quote Kirill Konovalov, "The porting took 86 six months of hard work of 4 people ... ... Just FINISHED transfer from 9 to 10.." Draw conclusions.
