Improves the graphics in FS2004 V.3

Given the proposals (remove excess grass under the trees, reduced the size of plates runway, removed sidebands on the runway) modified addon changes the graphical display in the simulator, runways (concrete, asphalt) parking, taxiing. Changed the texture of trees and grass.

Grass decomposes into squares, returned from HDEv.2, but the trees - the best of all seen before! Runway and taxiing is also very decent, I'll juzat:)
