Changes in the registry to correct chasovgo belt of Kamchatka (now UTC +11). Useful for programs linking the time and for the correct time synchronization with the Internet. Just merge your file with the registry (windows7 (vista). Reg to Vista and sevens, and windowsXP . reg - for XP:)). In XP, add a new time zone - UTC +11 Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. win7 In the name of the zone and will remain - (UTC +12) "Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (it's stitched in tzres.dll), but will operate as a time zone to UTC +11.
