It is one of the most unusual and multi-purpose planes presented for last years. Model Bе-200 is essentially modified and reduced version А-40. The plane is capable to fly up both from the earth, and from a water table. The basic spheres of application are protection of water tables, ecological missions, suppression of fires, transportations of passengers and cargoes. The export version is equipped by engines the Rolls-Royce and Allison. The first flight of prototype Bе-200 has taken place on September, 24th 1998.
