Place the files - "IL-96.jpg" and "IL-96.ini" folder in "your disk" FS2004FsPassengerspayload_model. To work correctly, the bootloader should be in the file "Aircraft.cfg" (in a folder, IL96) to correct the section [WEIGHT_AND_BALANCE] first line station_load.0, the first value in the 500 (should look like - station_load.0 = "500.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0,").
