This is just a slight modification to the alpha channel to make the rain drops stand out more. I made slight changes to the original textures also, but sizes remained the same. Решил поделится, замена на дефолтный ВС-эффект дождя. Это лучшее что есть на сегодняшний день. Может кому понадобится.
