Focke-wulf TA 283

Installation:

Extract the files to a temp folder, the Focke-Wulf Ta 283 will then be found in
a folder called "fw283", copy the fw283 folder and then
paste this folder directly into the "Program files/Microsoft games/FS2002/Aircraft" folder.

The effects files ( fx_smoketa283.fx and fx_vcta283.fx ) can be found in the fxfiles
folder located in the fw283 folder. Copy and paste these 2 effects files
into the "Program files/Microsoft games/FS2002/effects" folder.
These files give the green light in the VC and black smoke engines.

Start FS2002 and select craft, it will apear under "Focke-wulf"
The aircraft will now be available to fly.

Recommended screen resolution atleast 1024x768x32.

This aircraft is designed to be flown using the virtual cockpit.

Dissable "Aircraft stress can cause damage".

Also found in the fw283 folder are basic texture templates in the "texturetemplates" folder.
Also in the fw283 folder is a splash screen and template in the "splashscreens" folder.

*****NOTE*****

WITH A FULL FUEL LOAD THIS AIRCRAFT NEEDS A RUNWAY OF AT LEAST 6000 FEET DUE TO ITS FUEL LOAD
AND SMALL WING AREA.

WITH A 50% FUEL LOAD THE AIRCRAFT NEEDS A RUNWAY OF AT LEAST 4000 FEET.

CAPABLE OF LANDING ON A 2000 FOOT RUNWAY USING REVERSE THRUST AND BRAKES.



*****IMPORTANT*****

If you can't get the engine inspection hatches to open check that your keyboard Assignments are set up correctly. These have been tagged as wingfold to enable the animations. Go to Options/Controls/Assignments and select Event Category and then select General Aircraft Commands and make sure next to wingfold it says SHIFT + Q. For the canopy it should say SHIFT + E. If you have your keyboard assignments set up differently, disreguard the above.

Reverse thrust ( F2 )
Wingfold open/close engine inspection hatches (SHIFT + Q ).
Side door  open/close   (SHIFT + E).
Spoilers            ( / ) .
Engine smoke effect ( I ).
