An-12 Bk Com Problem

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I download the nice AN-12 BK Version 2 by Vladimir Zhyhulskiy. Very great plane and is much fun flying it.

So I have a problem with the COM panel.

It´s impossible changing the COM frequenz using the associated knobs it always shows "122,950".

No problem so far even if you wish flying online e.g. IVAO or VATSIM because I need the right COM for the communication with the controller via teamspeak.

A friend of mine uses FSNav changing the COM but I don´t have it :(

Other thing is the AP.

It shows no IAS switch

But it seems that some have it

AP with IAS

But he tells that it has no function.

I download the AN-12 twice (once from avsim and once from avsimrus) nothing changed the same files.

Curios, I download the flight dynamic patch and wonder myself. The aircraft files are different in the AP section.

The orginal aircraft.cfg hasn´t the entry but the patch has.

[autopilot]
autopilot_available=1
flight_director_available=1
default_vertical_speed=1000.000000
autothrottle_available=0
autothrottle_arming_required=0
autothrottle_takeoff_ga=100

[autopilot]
autopilot_available=1
flight_director_available=1
default_vertical_speed=1800
autothrottle_available=1
autothrottle_arming_required=1
autothrottle_max_rpm=90
autothrottle_takeoff_ga=1

But it hasn´t any effect like my friend (the one who has the IAS windows, see above) tells me.

Any hints?

Thank you

Tabea from EDDL

No,

VS doesn´t mean "velocity". In an autopilot the VS means "vertical speed" e.g. +200 means you will climb with 200ft/min.

I made a mistake: I had to write VC (as really on screen). But if it regulates vertical speed, so mistake is on screen - VS instead of VC must be.

But on most machines of Antonov speed is regulated by setting of thrust position.
