Samdim An24 User Flyable Version

Recommended Posts

I have been flying with the Samdim AN24-B flyable version for a while now. While it is a great plane to fly, I do not understand the panel. Is there a better panel to use with the plane? I looked and did not see one in the file library of this site. I was able to figure out the panel on his AN148 aircraft, which I also like to fly, but the panel on the AN24 is really confusing. Also, I am not sure how accurate the sounds are that came with it, but they annoyed me, so I replaced those with a sound set for the Fokker 50. Now I just need to work on the panel.

Well, what do you need specifically to understand the panel? Do you mean explanation of russian symbols or instruments?

You can read about the craft and the panel in English here: http://an24.uw.hu/doc/index.htm

And I use beta versions of the sounds and dynamics - I like it!

That is exactly the website that I need! I could not figure out the panel and what each button did. I will study that and learn how to fly the aircraft the right way Now maybe I can figure out how to do ILS and not just visuals with that aircraft...my last few visual landings have been tough because of poor visibility.
