Может быть в данном конкретном случае потому что:
а) В ролике нет ни одного отечественного самолета.
б) Лишь одна российская ливрея.
в) Нет ни одного отечественного порта (могу ошибаться).
г) Даже песня - и та буржуйская.
д) Автор посчитал, что титры на английском будут смотреться органичней.
